Rebar BIM Modeler (Revit)

Experience: 1 – 3 years
Software: Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks
Location: Muvattupuzha, Kerala (Mode of work shall be from Office)

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Rebar BIM Modeler to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing accurate and detailed rebar models using Autodesk Revit for a variety of construction projects.

Responsibility:

• Produce rebar models for concrete structures using Autodesk Revit
• Work closely with the design and construction teams to ensure that models are accurate and meet project requirements
• Collaborate with other BIM modelers and project stakeholders to develop efficient and effective modeling processes
• Generate 2D rebar drawings and schedules from Revit models
• Participate in model review meetings and make necessary revisions to models as needed
• Ensure that models are up-to-date and accurate by reviewing construction documents and coordinating with project teams
• Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements related to rebar modeling in Autodesk Revit

Skills Required:

• 1-3 years of experience in rebar modeling using Autodesk Revit in a construction or engineering environment
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and the ability to create complex rebar models accurately and efficiently
• Familiarity with industry standards and best practices related to rebar modeling and detailing
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines
• A degree or diploma in civil engineering or a related field is an asset, but not required.
