BIM Modeler (MEP)

Location: Muvattupuzha, Kerala (Mode of work shall be from Office)

We are looking for an enthusiastic MEP BIM Modeler with 0-2 years of experience in MEP services, who is proficient in using Revit software. The successful candidate will work alongside our experienced BIM team, supporting the development and delivery of a range of projects.

Responsibility:

• Develop MEP models using Revit software
• Work in collaboration with the design team to ensure all project requirements are met
• Create and maintain families, templates and libraries for use in project work
• Generate drawings, schedules, and other project documents as required
• Attend meetings with clients and other project stakeholders
• Coordinate with other disciplines (architecture, structural) in the BIM environment
• Resolve design issues and clashes as they arise
• Keep up to date with industry developments and standards

Skills Required:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or relevant field
• 0-2 years of experience in MEP BIM modeling using Revit
• Familiarity with the BIM process and workflows
• Proficiency in Revit software
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and software
