About the Project
MARIAPPS Corporate Office is a 1.8 lakh sq. ft eight (8) storied building located in SmartCity Campus Kochi. MARIAPPS in a digital solution provider for the marine industry with their offices located in Singapore, Cyprus, Greece, Germany and Dubai.
The scope of the project involves Clash Detection and BIM Coordination, before the MEP services are executed on-site. As the require part of MEP Coordination, the architecture and structure model was developed to LOD 200 and MEP model was developed to LOD 300.
