Tender Stage
This large-scale industrial development involves the creation of a 500,000 sq. ft. sustainable manufacturing campus within the Jebel Ali Freezone (Jafza), UAE. Designed to serve as a regional hub for research, engineering, and production, the facility will feature advanced R&D labs focused on sustainable manufacturing, intelligent power systems, and emerging technologies like machine learning and AI.
The construction scheduled to commence in 2025 and completion targeted for 2026, the project represents a major investment in future-ready manufacturing and innovation capabilities in the region.
Our scope of work involves the development of a 4D Animation as part of the bid presentation. The objective was to visually communicate the proposed construction sequence and site logistics to support project planning and client evaluation.
The scope includes the construction schedule, showcasing key phases such as excavation, foundation works, steel erection, roof and wall cladding, MEP installations, interior fit-outs, façade works, and final landscaping.
Additionally, the animation incorporated a site setup visualization, including the proposed locations for site offices, waste management zones, welfare facilities, vehicle access routes, parking areas, and entry/exit gates—ensuring a clear understanding of site organization and logistics.
To provide a complete experience, the animation concluded with a high-quality interior walkthrough, offering a preview of the finished spaces and overall design intent.
