About
The MARIAPPS Office Project involved the design and execution of a 12 Floored Office Building tailored to meet the specific operational and technological requirements of MARIAPPS, a global maritime software solutions provider.
The project featured premium interior fit-outs, integrated building services, and smart workplace systems across multiple floors. Universal MEP Projects & Engineering Services Limited (Voltas), a leading MEP contractor, was appointed to deliver the MEP services for this project, ensuring efficient HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems.
Project Scope
Our team was engaged by Voltas to provide end-to-end BIM services for MEP coordination throughout the construction phases. The scope included as follows:
- Developed LOD 400 BIM models for all MEP services to support construction-stage coordination and installation.
- Generated detailed shop drawings for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Updated the BIM model to LOD 500 based on redlines and site-verified data for record purposes.
- Produced comprehensive As-Built drawings reflecting actual site conditions and final installations.
- Delivered a consolidated NWD file containing available manufacturer data for use in facility maintenance and asset management.
